Balloon Order Policy
By placing orders, you understand and agree that once an order is placed;
and once the balloons leave the store, Petit Blue is no longer responsible for their lifespan.
Balloon weights must be purchased for balloon orders of 2 or more.

For helium balloons, please note:
-Standard latex balloons can last 8-12 hours on average.
-Mylar balloons can last 10-12 hours on average.
We are PICK UP ONLY. We suggest picking up balloons on the day of your event. *you may coordinate your own delivery please call the store to let us know*
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel Balloon orders at least 24hrs before pick up. Please call the store to do so, (631) 658-9222.
We do not change orders day of scheduled delivery or pick up. All balloon sales are final.
